Morrow Building is a family owned building company based on the South Coast of NSW, in the beautiful town of Berry. Company founder and Director Paul Morrow, a licensed builder for 20 years, is the driving force behind the company’s success.

Since establishment in 2000, Morrow Building has developed a strong reputation for excellent workmanship and professionalism. The passion of Paul and his team shines through in their attention to detail, allowing them to deliver the home their clients are dreaming of.

Our company vision is to become a leader within the construction industry throughout the South Coast of NSW.

We will continue to develop and further cement our solid reputation as quality builders of custom residential and multi-dwelling projects. Morrow Building aims for ‘future growth’ by strengthening relationships with existing clients, architects, developers, private organisations.

We recognise each stage – estimating, tendering and construction – as critical components within the risk management model, but also vital steps toward developing trust with new and existing clients.

As a result, we invest in skills-based training for our people and strive to continually improve our estimating and project management procedures, as well as ensuring maintaining clear lines of communication within our team and with clients.

To ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business by delivering high-quality, cost-effective, innovative and practical strategies, and by completing projects on schedule.

We value the importance of our relationships and will continue to remain fair and true in our dealings with all employees, clients, vendors, and partners.

Our clients count on our dependability, our drive, and our integrity. We take great pride in our accomplishments and build on them every day.

Paul prides himself on personally dealing with all the services, allowing him to ensure you receive the smoothest and utmost efficient building process.

"I am amazed at the transformation from start to finish. From what was a rundown, derelict house with an overgrown garden, to a contemporary 6-unit complex with clean lines and unique textures created by the many building materials used in this project, all of which are highlighted by the timber feature walls."

"We engaged Paul and the team from Morrow Building in late 2015 to build our garage/granny flat and then our house in Berry.

We have found Paul and the boys to be very approachable and easy to work with, no matter what the issue. Absolutely nothing is ever a problem, and the workmanship and work ethic is second to none.

My wife and I are extremely happy and cannot recommend Morrow Building highly enough."
